Vistiendo coloridos atuendos como el traje de mariachi, vestidos indígenas y hasta de novia, miles de personas disfrazadas de calavera desfilaron la noche del domingo por las calles de Ciudad de México, en una de las celebraciones que preceden el tradicional Día de Muertos, reseñó infobae.

Entre nubes multicolor de incienso, arrancó el desfile a lo largo del Paseo de la Reforma, una de las avenidas más emblemáticas de la capital mexicana y cuyas jardineras rebosaban de cempasúchil, una flor de pétalos anaranjados que adorna las fiestas tradicionales en honor a los muertos de México.

Bailando alegres canciones rancheras, miles de familias acudieron con sus niños disfrazados para participar -como protagonistas o espectadores- de este desfile en honor a “La Catrina”, una figura creada por el ilustrador y caricaturista mexicano José Guadalupe Posada (1852-1913), que con su imagen de calaca vestida de forma muy elegante representa a la muerte.
