Las personas caminan para cruzar después de que la frontera con Venezuela estaba cerrada al tráfico de vehículos, la agencia Reuters capturó una vista desde la ciudad brasileña de Pacaraima, estado de Roraima, Brasil
Vecinos de la localidad fronteriza Santa Elena de Uairén, al sur del estado Bolívar, denunciaron la presencia de tanquetas militares de las Fuerzas Armadas que, presumiblemente, evitarían el ingreso de ayuda humanitaria desde Brasil.
