Mr. Pizarro asked the victims of human rights violations to report the incidents to international bodies.

“In Venezuela, the victims of human rights violations as well as their families, must go to international bodies in order to have access to justice,” he said through his Twitter account.

This Monday, the 15th Court of Trial of the Caracas Metropolitan Area declared the acquittal of Sergeant Arli Cleiwi Méndez Terán (Av.), as the person responsible for murdering the student David José Vallenilla, during a protest against Nicolás Mauro’s dictatorship in 2017 in the vicinity of the Generalissimo Francisco de Miranda Air Base, in La Carlota.
